WHY PAY 6%

When it comes to selling your home, a commission is agreed upon for my services rendered.  My job as YOUR REALTOR is to procure(find) a buyer, if you are my seller, or work to locate a home for you on buyers side of things if you hire me as your Buyer Agent.  At Star Properties, I will offer you FULL SERVICE REAL ESTATE with DISCOUNTED COMMISSIONS.

We DO NOT charge the standard 6% that most firms charge.  We believe that we can offer you a discount for allowing us to be your REALTOR.  Our DISCOUNTED COMMISSIONS help you in many ways:

1.)  You end up retaining more of your equity when your home closes.
2.)  We have more bargaining power with a buyer than you would if you had to pay 6%.
3.)  You have more dollars available to use if repairs need to be done to the home via home inspection items.
